Pavilion Studio Garden
COTSWOLD GARDENS: Having completed a major renovation, the owners wanted to have a garden that served as a green haven with an ornate pavilion sunhouse as the main feature providing an art studio.
The perimeter comprised a low (400mm) boundary wall with fencing and trellis panels and a porcelain patio was constructed from the house with steps down onto a lawn area. Planters were added to both sides of the patio and a garden storage cupboard was constructed.
Planting was chosen to completely dress the trellises with scented evergreen Jasmine, various Clematis and Honeysuckle. The borders were mainly laid to low maintenance evergreen shrubs.
