‘The garden suggests there might be a place where we can meet nature halfway.’
Michael Pollan
Since 2013 as a full service garden design and landscape company Your Garden Project have transformed over 80 private gardens in London, Suffolk, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. We thank all our customers for their business and continued support and wish them long happy sunny days in their gardens.
In October 2020 I decided to redefine our business and now will be trading as a garden consultancy service but I naturally have a wide selection of contractor and trade contacts to recommend.
I want to ensure all our customers that I remain passionate about helping people engage more with growing plants to stimulate their mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing and I welcome any opportunity to advise on all things horticultural!

GARDENS
Below is a selection of some of the gardens I have helped to create for our clients. They range from large contemporary family spaces to smaller more intimate town gardens each reflecting the owners own colour and texture preferences.
About Me
After a 30 year career in film and television I studied a second degree in Horticulture at Writtle College, Chelmsford and turned a lifelong passion into another enjoyable profession.
I have specialised in the design and management of hard and soft landscape projects of all kinds with work ranging from stunning country retreats to stylish urban courtyards, from elegant planting schemes to complex timber or stone constructions. Whatever the challenge, you’ll find me friendly and approachable, uniting several areas of expertise together in one professional service.
I combine creative vision with sound plant knowledge and technical expertise to help you develop a garden that will exceed your expectations.
As a passionate nature-lover I will also advise you of the best plants to encourage birds, bees and butterflies into your garden and practical ways to conserve water.
Additionally, I can help you with irrigation and lighting to ensure that the garden not only looks good, but also functions practically.
Most of us live in a detached, semi-detached or terraced house with a rectangular garden at the back and the front, often with limited access, lacking privacy and direct sunlight. I understand that the limitations of these gardens make good conceptual design and careful planning particularly important and the correct selection of plants for the right places in the garden absolutely critical.
